Seeds are bought on bloomyseeds.com, so returns and refunds are handled there. Here's the short version of where you stand.

Your 14-day right to change your mind

For online orders, EU and Irish distance selling rules give you 14 days from receiving your order to cancel and return it for a refund, in most cases. Some items have exceptions, so check the shop's policy.

If something's wrong with your order

Under the Irish Consumer Rights Act 2022, what you buy must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If it isn't, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. This is on top of the 14-day cancellation right.
